This letter reflects comments to be addressed. In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, we request that you please provide revised plans and calculations, highlighting any changes, along with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. SCOPE OF REVIEW: The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2006 International Residential Code, 2006 International Energy Conservation Code, and Arizona State amendments to the 2006 Uniform Plumbing Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: All engineers and architects involved in the design of the structure are to seal the related sheets of plans, details and calculations in accordance with the rules of the State Board of Technical Registration. FOUNDATION PLANS: 1. Dimension the footing length, width, and depth into undisturbed soil for the spiral stairway, R403.1.1. FLOOR PLANS: 1. Show the stair tread and rise dimensions for a code compliant stairway, R311.5.8.1. STRUCTURAL PLANS: 1. Clarify the post to post base connection (anchor bolt size) at Detail 2/2 for uplift compliance, R606.11. Example: a CPS6 base requires epoxy setting and a RFB bolt with 10" post embedment. ELECTRICAL PLANS: 1. Show the location of each outlet on the Electrical Plan, E3305.1. Provide a plan for the new circuits connected to Panel 'B'. 2. Provide a panel schedule showing consistent breaker sizes for #B10/11 with the Riser Diagram, E3304.11 & E3606.2. 3. Revise the electrical load calculations following Table E3502.2. Show 3 watts per square foot of floor area with consistent footages as shown on the Zoning Information table on sheet #1. 4.
