Zoning has reviewed the Building plans for compliance with the approved Development Package as it pertains to zoning review purview. While the building matches the building footprint on the DP which is in for review the zoning reviewer reviewing the development Package has pending zoning comments that need to be addressed prior to zoning approval of the building plans.

Zoning, with an appointment, is willing to review and approve the building plans over the counter on the next submittal if the DP is completely approve and no changes to the building footprint or building height are made.
09/12/2012 LEERAY HANLY MECHANICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Denied 1) Incomplete response. Original comment #3 "Show how adequate access is being provided for the equipment located on the roof." IMC section 306.5 requires permanent ladders for access to mechanical equipment on elevated structures over 16' high. Show location of this access ladder.

2) Original comment #6 "Revise the ventilation calculations shown on sheet M1.0 per Section 403.3, IMC 2006...." Revised calculations do not reflect indicated table values.
