08/08/2012 DAVID RIVERA ZONING REVIEW Denied Zoning has reviewed the building plans to ensure compliance with the Development package Site Plan. While the building plans are in substantial compliance with the DP site plan, zoning cannot approve the building at this time. Site issues have to be addressed on the DP site plan as well as a potential DSMR request may be pending.

Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal and compare to the approved and stamped DP site plan to ensure compliance. Zoning will approve and stamp the building plans for the Zoning review purview if in compliance with the approved and stamped DP site plan.
