A 2010 ADASAD accessibile building review may be obtained for this project by filing an appeal with the building official, Mr. Ron Boose. The following comments are made for document adjustments if an appeal is not filed: a. Delete all 2010 ADA references on these sheets b. Reference the COT adopted code as stated above c. Insure that all accessibility requirements designed in this project meet the requirements of said goverening accessibility code. SHEETS T.0 AND LS.0 4. The code data shows this building to be type VB Non-sprinklered. The deferred submittals include a sprinkler system. The 2006 IBC, Section 903.2.1.2 (2) require sprinklers for 100 or more occupants.
