Section R4-30-304 of the Rules of the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration, states that a notation shall be placed beneath the seal, either written, typed, or electronically generated, that provides the day, month, and year of the expiration of current registration. (Effective March 8, 2008).
2. Show the water supply and drain piping for the makeup air unit. Reference: Section 103.2.3, UPC 2006.
3. Provide separate backflow devices for the bag-in-box and the ice maker. Reference: Section 602.2, UPC 2006.
4. Potable water outlets (e.g. HB-2, RH-1) with hose connections are required to comply with Section 603.4.7, UPC 2006.
5. Provide upper terminal cleanouts on horizontal drainage pipes exceeding 5 feet in length (horizontal drain lines serving sinks and urinals require cleanouts regardless of length). Reference: Section 707.4, UPC 2006.
6. Provide a vent for each fixture trap. Reference: Sections 901.0 and 910.1, UPC 2006.
7. Clarify the waste connections for the sections of the 4-compartment sink (sink is shown as a 3-compartment sink on A130, P100, and P110). An indirect connection shall be used for the sanitizing compartment only. Reference: Sections 304.0 and 801.2.3, UPC 2006.
8. Sinks used for food handling or sanitizing purposes shall have indirect wastes that comply with the requirements of Section 801.2, UPC 2006. All other sinks shall be directly wasted.
9. The flow control device for a hydromechanical grease interceptor shall be installed in a location that is readily accessible and visible. Reference: Section 1014.2.1, UPC 2006.

3. Coordinate the placement of EF-1 and EF-2 on the roof with the architect (see sheet A150 as compared to M100).
4. Provide auxiliary drain pans or secondary drain systems for the fan coil unit and the make-up air unit. Reference: Section 307.2.3 IMC 2006.
5. Provide calculations demonstrating adequate ventilation. Reference: Section 403.3, IMC 2006, as amended by the City of Tucson.

4. Circuit B-4 is listed as a spare in panel schedule, and as a branch circuit to Gas Sol Valve iin the relay diagram ?
