Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, we request that you please provide revised plans and calculations, along with a written response to each of the noted items indicating action taken.

SCOPE OF REVIEW:
The scope of this plan review includes architectural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and energy conservation. The purpose of this review is to verify compliance to the 2006 International Residential Code with local amendments. Other comment references may be derived from additional codes and standards adopted by The City of Tucson. All features have been checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided for review. All portions of this project are assumed to meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval.

SITE PLAN:
1. Specify the location of water supply lines to the new living area.

SECTIONS - DETAILS:
2. Clarify weather protection of wall elements between bottom of stucco applied wall finish and top of supporting stem wall. Note: Section detail on sheet A2 indicates that the stucco weep screed is to be 4" above the stem wall which would be 2½" above the bottom plate. Considering that the exterior face of the framed wall is not flush with the exterior face of the stem wall, flashing will also be required. Provide additional detailed information to clarify how this assembly will effectively provide weather protection.

ELECTRICAL PLAN:
3. Bathrooms require a separate 20-amp circuit, E3603.4, E3801.6. Note: Exterior receptacles may not share the bathroom circuit.
4. Provide riser diagrams for both the main panel and the sub-panel, E3605.5. Note: Feeder conductors and conduit size required.
