| 07/13/2012 | KEN BROUILLETTE | FIRE | REVIEW | Denied | 1. Change the referenced code to the 2006 Edition of the International Fire Code. 2. Remove reference to the "Phoenix" Building Code 3. The fire hydrant and fdc will be required to be located in an island to the west of the island shown for the proposed fire hydrant. The landscaping may need to be changed to provide a 3 foot clearance around the Fire hydrant and FDC. 4. Please note that the fire alarm and fire sprinkler submittals are separate permits. I saw the note for the AST but could not find the deferral note for the fire sprinklers and fire alarm systems. 5. Indicate that emergency egress illumination will be installed and indicate which page shows the location of these devices. |
