COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO).


The site is located in the RX-1 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.2.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "D" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.A). The Perimeter Yard Indicator is BB (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

The minimum required setback is twenty (20) feet to any interior lot line (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The minimum setback to the northeast property line is twenty (20) feet. The proposed setback for the garage addition is three (3) feet, six (6) inches.
