The minimum setback to the north property line is the greater of six (6) feet or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall facing the north property line (LUC Sections 3.2.3.1.B & 3.2.6.4). The highest point of the addition is ten (10) feet, six (6) inches. The setback requirement along the north property line is seven (7) feet. The proposed setback for the laundry room and closet addition is seven (7) inches. The proposed setback for the covered patio is three (3) feet. |
