This letter reflects comments to be addressed. In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, we request that you please provide revised plans and calculations, along with a written response to each of the noted items indicating action taken. SCOPE OF REVIEW: The scope of this plan review includes architectural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and energy conservation. The purpose of this review is to verify compliance to the 2006 International Residential Code with local amendments. Other comment references may be derived from additional codes and standards adopted by The City of Tucson. All features have been checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided for review. All portions of this project are assumed to meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval. OUTDOOR LIGHTING CODE 1. Previous comment: Provide cut sheets for all exterior lighting fixtures showing the angle of cutoff, light emissions and fixture wattage. The cut sheet provided for the motion lights specifies that the fixture takes (2) 120 watt bulbs. Typical bulbs of that size and type average 1800 lumens each. (1800 lumens each x 2 bulbs x 6 fixtures = 21,600 lumens). The allowable unshielded lumen limit for the property has been exceeded. Show compliance with the Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code.
