It appears that there may be an Engineering concern or issue with the locations of the columns for the canopy being proposed to close to the edge of the drainageway and that there is a potential for a required redesign by the Engineering Review Section. If a solution to this issue is resolved with engineering, zoning is willing to review the changes over the counter and approve and stamp the building plans. If the remaining engineering concerns require that the canopy columns have to be relocated or the redesign of the canopy, the Development Package site plan will have to be revised. Zoning is also willing to review and approve the site changes over the counter if changes are necessary. |
