Describe changes to clouded areas As-Built changes are to be reviewed so as to be in accordance with The National Electrical Code & City Amendments the original plans approved under. Hand written items on As-Built drawings to be removed and changes approved by EE of record or his representative. Other items of concern are changes (hand written) in panel schedules which do not reflect loads or loads totals in panels. There appears to be several panels which have smoke detectors and fire dampers added, how would these be reflected on the Fire alarm system and drawings. If different types of lighting fixtures used, how is the IECC Lighting Report affected. There is a hand written note on Sheet E-500 indicating the Fire Pump size has been changed with reference to RIF-224. Changes on the Fire Pump should have been made through a Revision with approval prior to replacement. Sheet E-502 has a large clouded area showing deletion of a load calculation, no further explanation given. The panel schedules on Sheets E-503--510 have had hand written circuitry added in without load changes. Sheet E-510 indicates SES H entire load calculation changed, no explanation on sheet, also Distribution Board DR is clouded no explanation.
