Note #5 is appropriate for the 2006 International Plumbing Code (IPC) but is incorrect under the UPC. This has a direct impact on the required cleanouts for the restroom. As currently drawn, the restroom cleanouts are acceptable per Section 708.3.3, IPC 2006 but additional cleanouts will be required per Section 707.5, UPC 2006 (alternatively, the 4" drain could be straightened out to eliminate the problem).
