The minimum setback to the south property line is the greater of six (6) feet or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall facing the south property line (LUC Sections 3.2.3.1.B & 3.2.6.4). The highest point of the addition is less than nine (9) feet. The setback requirement along the south property line is six (6) feet. The proposed setback for the covered patio is three (3) feet, six (6) inches. |
