11. Sheet E43:
a. Please show all exit signs both new and existing for exit egress; i.e. patio exit into building exit out front entrance.
b. Please coordinate exit signs with detail 1/A1
12. Detail 1/A1: The new ramp added to the front entrance is not compliant with the 2006 IBC, Sections 1105.1 and 1008.1.4 and ICC ANSI 117.1, Sections 404. Please rework and resubmit.
13. At details 1/A1, 3/A4 and 5/A5, notes refer to the finished grade of the patio to be constructed at 1" below the finished elevation floor of the existing market. This will not help accessibility of the new entrance from the patio as it does not comply with ICC ANSI 117.1, Section 303 for a maximum 1/4" high floor change. Please clarify and resubmit.
