Flood Plain Use Permit:

1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the FUP.
2. Provide proper documentation, on a company letter head, of the cost estimate of the improvements to the paint booth and the assessor's evaluation or an appraisal from a registered appraiser for the paint booth. Written costs estimates or appraisals on the back of the FUP application do not suffice.
3. The Site Plan, DP12-0046, cannot be approved prior to the approval of the FUP.
