There are no records of an existing Fire Pump having been installed previously as noted on approved plans for T12CM00722. The Fire Pump Service, along with Fire Pump , Controller and Jockey Pump as indicated to be existing do not appear on City of Tucson Development Services records. Please provide a complete set of approved plans for Permit T12CM00722 for review of installation of new ATS. 2. Sheet A-400 which was provided for reference does not show a clear layout of how the equipment will set in the Fire Pump Room, provide a detailed floor plan showing locations and clearances regarding the Fire Pump, Controller ,ATS and other equipment in the room. 3. Sheet E-200 only shows a location of new ATS, refer to item #2 above for drawing required. 4. Sheet E-201 note 18, provide an acceptable location which meets clearance requirements per NEC 2005.110.26 rather than note " alternate location" if primary location insufficient. 5. Sheet E-401, how are feeders #13 to have a 2 hour fire rating ? 6. If the wiring was existing how would the transfer be made in the Fire Pump Room to intercept the new ATS? 7. How does the Fire Pump comply with NEC 2005-695.4.B.1 ? 8. Is Main Disconnect for FP rated per 695.4.B.2 ? 9. How will installation to comply with 695.6 A and B ? 10.Provide note on all electrical sheets that installation to comply with 2005 NEC 695 and current NFPA 20, 11. Sheet E-401 shows numerous revisions under Delta 2 which have not been approved, these are too substantial to be submitted as asbuilt, need to revise there and permit change prior to this and any other revisions being approved since they are dated to 4/16/2012.
