The Development Designator is "I" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator is AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). 2) The plans depict an addition that includes a bedroom, bath and den. A DDO shall be required for the west building setback. The minimum setback requirement is the greatest of 6 feet or 2/3rds the height of the wall (9'-6") to the west property line (zoned R-2) which equals 6 feet 4 inches. The proposed setback is labeled as (4'-1") four feet and one inch. 3) Please be aware that additional comments shall be necessary relative to additional information provided with the next submittal. |
