COMMENTS: The following comments have been


1) This review is for a Residential site in the R-1 Zone (UDC 6.3.2.A The Side yard Building setback is 6 feet or 2/3 the height of the wall and the Perimeter Yard Residential adjacent to Residential Use.

2) The plans depict a new closet addition. A DDO shall be required for the building setback along the west property line. The wall height is proposed at 9'-2". The required building setback must be 6'-2" based on the proposed height. The owner proposes 3'-6"" from the property line to the wall.
