TRANSMITTAL DATE: January 12, 2012

1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Sheet A2.2 Partial Plan 1 provide clear sidewalk dimensions between proposed building columns and existing buildings

3. Sheet A2.2 Partial Plan 1 provide a clear dimension from the proposed building columns and the north edge of sidewalk. If the dimension is less that 2'-6" wheel stop curbing will be required.

4. Sheet A2.2 Partial Plan 3 provide a clear sidewalk dimension from the 18" sono-tube bollards to the west edge of sidewalk. If the dimension is less that 6'-6" wheel stop curbing will be required.

5. Sheet A2.2 Partial Plan 3 Southwest corner provide a clear sidewalk dimension from the pop out to the west edge of sidewalk. If the dimension is less that 6'-6" wheel stop curbing will be required. 4'-0" minimum sidewalk is required.

6. Sheet A1.0 west end of the existing building does not match the new approved site plan.

7. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved development package. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
