The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Sheet A2.2 Partial Plan 1 provide clear sidewalk dimensions between proposed building columns and existing buildings 3. Sheet A2.2 Partial Plan 1 provide a clear dimension from the proposed building columns and the north edge of sidewalk. If the dimension is less that 2'-6" wheel stop curbing will be required. 4. Sheet A2.2 Partial Plan 3 provide a clear sidewalk dimension from the 18" sono-tube bollards to the west edge of sidewalk. If the dimension is less that 6'-6" wheel stop curbing will be required. 5. Sheet A2.2 Partial Plan 3 Southwest corner provide a clear sidewalk dimension from the pop out to the west edge of sidewalk. If the dimension is less that 6'-6" wheel stop curbing will be required. 4'-0" minimum sidewalk is required. 6.
