COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO).


This Site requires a DDO for the perimeter yard setback. This site is in the R-1 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.4.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "G" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

The proposed storage shed requires a setback from the west property line of 6'-0", the owner proposes a setback of 3'-0".
