COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO).


A DDO is required for the patio addition to the SFR along the north property line. The cisterns are also within the setback. This site is in the R-2 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.5.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "I" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

The minimum setback to the north property line is the greater of six (6) feet or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall (LUC Sections 3.2.3.1.B & 3.2.6.4). The height does not exceed nine (9) feet. The setback requirement along the north property line is six (6) feet.
