The minimum setback to the north property line is the greater of six (6) feet or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall (LUC Sections 3.2.3.1.B & 3.2.6.4). The height does not exceed nine (9) feet. The setback requirement along the north property line is six (6) feet. |
