Access easement of this type would typically be shown on final plat or previous permits. Final Plat does not show any access easement of this type. Records were searched for 5408 E Bellvue and onlu permits for original house and rear carport were found, with a TDOT approval for curb cut (assumed in Bellvue ROW). |
