Provide detail on the existing and any replacement for underground electrical feed, including conduit material/size and trench dimensions. 4. The boxed note on Exhibit 9 includes Section 2(x), but the Scope of Work does not list any electrical replacement work; clarify whether any electrical parts are to be replaced. 5. Include all electrical removal and reinstallation/replacement work in Scope of Work; clarify whether all electrical parts (other than the underground feed) are to be relocated in their current configuration. 6. Provide standard electrical plan details, including light fixture mounting, description of existing lamps, panel schedule, riser diagram, and one-line diagram. 7. Add note that beam holes to be backfilled only with native earth removed from holes. 8. The original engineered plan shows beam depth of 6'0"; use this as the default beam depth (subject to field measurement upon excavation; the depiction shows the beam depth as almost 8'0"). 9. The plan specifies replacement of TEK screws, but it appears that there are no existing TEK screws; delete the reference to TEK screws or be more specific about the number and location of such existing and replacement screws. |
