The NPPO shall include an inventory and analysis of all plants listed as Federal Endangered Species, all Saguaros, and all Ironwoods designated as Protected Native Plants according to Sec. 3.8.5. Preservation and mitigation requirements for these genus and species shall conform to Sec. 3.8.6. The NPPO plan prepared shall, including an aerial photograph, taken in minimum scale of 1" = 60' Place NPP / landscape mitigation table, and aerial photograph on separate sheet measuring at least 24" x 36" indicating scale with the following information: " Limits of all areas to be graded.
