3731 East Speedway Boulevard (T12BU00743).

1. The resubmittal was not fully responsive to Comment #4 on the
original submittal. The correct legal description for Pima County Assessor
Parcel No. 122-18-257A, as in the original submittal, still needs to be
provided.



2. The resubmittal was not fully responsive to Comment #5 on the
original submittal . The note needs to indicate that all above ground
electrical parts that service the billboard to be removed, including meter,
meter socket box and utility poles; if there are any above ground electrical
parts that service the billboard and that are not owned or controlled by
Clear Channel, identify such parts.
