Sheet 1 of 1 1. Correct the Pima County Assessor Number in Billboard Notes and on aerial overlay (the number was changed in March). 2. Correct the legal description to match the current parcel configuration. 3. Provide graphic depiction and legal description of any easement of record or private agreement that pertains to the billboard, including areas related to access and visibility. 4. In Billboard Note #9, conform the subsections provided with those shown on Sheet 2 (Subsection 2(j) needs to be deleted; Subsection 2(g) needs to be added; and the inclusion of other subsections may need to be clarified). Sheet 2 of 2 1. In Plan View & Typical Section Thru Sign, indicate light fixture to be removed and reinstalled (rather than to remain). 2. In Plan View & Typical Section Thru Sign, indicate metal face panel to be removed and reinstalled or otherwise (rather than to remain). 3. Provide standard detail of spacers to be replaced (side view). 4. In Scope of Work, provide detail on metal face panel section work, including number and full dimensions of each (length, width, depth, and gauge), for both removal and reinstallation. 5. In Description of Existing Lamp, clarify which light fixtures the existing lamp specifications apply to. 6. Delete reference to Exhibit 9, Section 2(j); COT ID# 62 is not one of the nine eligible billboards listed. 7. Provide location and full detail for any walkaround proposed to be replaced under Exhibit 9, Section 2(k) and include in Scope of Work (or otherwise delete Section 2(k)). 8. Clarify the location and number of TEK screws to be replaced (in the existing installation, such screws appear to be limited to the outside wood sections). |
