Sheet 1 of 1 1. In Billboard Notes, add APN# 140-11-021E or otherwise explain why omitted. 2. Correct legal description to provide separately for both APN# 140-11-021E and 140-11-021F. 3. Show graphically and by legal description any easements of record that pertain to the billboard use, including access and visibility. Sheet 2 of 2 1. Specify the point of disconnect between the upper structure to be removed and the lower structure; in particular specify whether the unipole extension is to be temporarily removed with the upper structure or not. 2. Add note that the upper structure to be temporarily removed is to remain on site and specify its location (e.g. on ground, trailer, or other location and approximate location on site). 3. Specify the junction box or other upper point of disconnect for the riser conduit/wiring to be shortened. 4. South Face Elevation appears to be for north face (given crossover/end rail location); change to north face or otherwise address and specify other differences between south and north elevations (rather than only indicating similar). 5. In Scope of Work, clarify the location of the 24 A-325 bolts to be replaced (i.e., how many and which flanges are being mated). 6. Add note that the orientation of upper structure to remain the same and not to be rotated and that base and temporarily removed section of unipole to be marked to match orientation when welded. 7. Detail the finished clearance between the upper structure and the roof of the adjacent building. 8. Specify the number and locations of existing TEK Screws (the existing installation appears to use few, if any). |
