Below are comments for the electrical repair plan resubmittal for COT ID#
482 at 5115 North Oracle Road (T12BU00396).

1. The resubmittal was not fully responsive to the original Comment #2.
The response revised the volt-amp entries to (approximately) reflect the
input watts for ballasts, but did not account for the 125% demand factor.

2. The resubmittal was not fully responsive to the original Comment #4.
The response continues to indicate the the existing panel to be a 206PROG,
where the identification plaque on the existing panel indicates a 206MRPS.
This conflict needs to be resolved. and it is needs to be clarified if the
existing time controller is the Motorola Profile 2000 or the Tork EWZ103 as
specified.

3. The resubmittal was not fully responsive to original Comment #6. The
resubmittal does not show how the newly added ground wires above connect to
the newly depicted #4 wire and ground rods below. The riser conduit shows
six (6) #12 conductors, but does not indicate whether a ground wire is
included or how the added ground wires above otherwise connect to the
#4/ground rod system below.
