[This permit application is solely for electrical work and should have an "EL" activity number, rather than a "BU" number]. Sheet 1 of 2 No comments. Sheet 2 of 2 1. In Panel Schedule, add the circuit and associated entries for the existing receptacle. 2. In Panel Schedule, clarify whether the volt-amp entries for the luminaires are correct (the entries equate to only 365 input watts for each of the luminaires, as outfitted with internal ballasts and 400 watt lamps); provide manufacturer's spec if available. 3. Conform the number of conductors designated in the liquid-tite single circuit runs in Scope of Work and North Face Elevation (4) to the number designated in the South Face Elevation and Partial Plan View (2). 4. Clarify if the depicted existing service panel is Model 206 PROG or a different model without time control; if the existing panel has a time controller, show the separate time clock to be removed. 5. Clarify whether the luminaire cut-sheet matches the existing luminaires (the cut-sheet provided is for the standard "D" (bottom) mount, rather than the "T" (top) mount luminaire). 6. Clarify how the added #12 ground wires connect to any ground system; if not so connected, delete. 7. In Title Block, indicate electrical repair plan. |
