Sheet 1 of 1 1. Clarify location of Interstate 10 right-of-way line; the billboard location depicted would appear to fall within the Interstate 10 right-of-way. Sheet 2 of 2 1. In Typical Section Thru Sign, delete middle backrail; alternatively, add depiction of middle backrail to Face Elevation and add separate points to Scope of Work to address its removal and replacement. 2. In Scope of Work, the third and ninth points appear to relate to upper backrail; indicate upper backrail or otherwise clarify which backrail is being referred to in both points. 3. In Scope of Work, ninth and tenth points, clarify the number and lengths of replacement backrail pieces. 4. In Scope of Work, add respective points on the removal and replacement of the apron, indicating the number of pieces and the dimensional and material detail (as has been typically provided). 5. Add note that finished height of wood section panels not to exceed height of tallest wood pole. 6. Revise height of wood section panel depicted in Stringer & Attachment Detail so as to not exceed height of pole shown. 7. In Face Elevation, pole diameters, heights, and separation distances appear to be reversed for a rear elevation; revise so as to match a rear elevation. 8. In Face Elevation, provide distances from outer pole centers to wood section outer edges. 9. Clarify if pole diameters shown in Face Elevation and Pole Replacement Detail are at base grade; if not, provide diameters at base grade. 10. Clarify if the depicted replacement pole depth below grade is same as existing or, if not currently known, how such depth is to be determined. 11. Indicate the diameter of the footing hole for the replacement pole. 12 Add note that hole inspection is to be requested prior to replacement pole installation and that replacement pole is to be available on site at time of hole inspection. 13. Add note that backfill for pole replacement shall consist only of native earth excavated in conjunction with removal of existing pole. 14. Add note indicating Stipulation allowance of two cumulative pole replacements and that subject replacement is the first of the two allowed (Exhibit 9, Sections 2(a) & 4(b)). 15. Provide specific provision in Stipulation under which scabs are proposed to be replaced. 16. In Face Elevation, provide arrows indicating all scabs to be replaced. |
