The scupper analysis and design must be submitted and approved before approval of the grading plan incorporating them is approved. You might want to separate the drainage crossing improvements for the lot grading plan and address them separately. The Certificate of Occupancy for the house will require completion of the access from Houghton Road but construction on the individual lot could progress while awaiting approval. 3. The drainage swale across the front yard of the lot discharges to the adjacent property. Provide notarized permission from the owner of the adjacent property for the off-site drainage solution. |
