PROJECT REVIEWER: Richard Leigh, DOT, Permits and Codes Section

Permits and Codes Section has reviewed the PIA Plan and recommends a conditional approval of the PIA Plan at this time. The following comments need to be addressed prior to submittal of the mylars for final approval.

1. Include the plan number "I-2010-011" in title block of each sheet.

2. Include Development Services Department PIA activity number "T11PI0009" on cover sheet.

3. Show all symbols and lines used in drawing in the legend.

4. Indicate that the asphalt will be sawcut a minimum 2' from proposed face of curb to allow for proper forming of curb and compaction of asphalt.

5. Provide a level landing at top and bottom of the proposed curb access ramp landing at +/- Sta. 3+18 Blacksburg Avenue.

6. Please submit Utility Plan Receipts from the following utility companies:

City of Tucson Transportation Department, Streets Division
Tucson Water
Pima County, Wastewater Management
Qwest Communications
Tucson Electric Power
Cox Communications
Southwest Gas Corp.
El Paso Natural Gas*
Kinder Morgan Energy*
* When the above two utilities are not involved, a form filled out with the "RECEIVED BY:" line stating "not needed" may be submitted.
