SUBJECT: QUIKTRIP, 1ST AVENUE AND GLENN STREET I-2011-007 T11PI00006, 2nd Rev.

PROJECT REVIEWER: Richard Leigh, DOT, Permits and Codes Section

Permits and Codes Section has reviewed the PIA Plan and does not recommend approval of the PIA Plan at this time. The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal.

1. Clearly indicate the type of curb proposed for the curb returns at the driveway entrances and the proposed median island at the Glenn Ave entrance.

2. Sheet 2, Detail 1& 3: A minimum 2' set back per City of Tucson Development Standard 11-09.0 is required from the hinge point of any cut and fill slope and the property line. FYI, the setback from the property line and hinge point shown on the development plan and that shown on the PIA paving plans conflict.

3. Provide a sidewalk scupper at the curb opening located at Sta. +/- 12+34 LF (Glenn Street) to convey the 10 Yr flood discharge underneath the sidewalk per D.S. 3-01.4.4.F.

4. Sheet 4, Detail A11: Label detail as not being part of the PIA.
