Resubmittal Required: Traffic Engineering does not recommend approval of the PIA Plan; therefore a revised PIA Plan is required for re-submittal. The following items must be revised or added to the plan. Include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed.

1. See redlines on the submitted drawings and address the additional redline comments. During the next submittal please re-submit the roll of redlines for back checking purposes.

2. A three-quarter raised median pork chop is needed at the Glenn Road driveway so that proper 'NO LEFT TURN' signs can be installed on the pork chop. The signs are required to convey the left turning restriction to motorist traveling eastbound on Glenn road.

3. Provide a 'NO LEFT TURN' (R3-2) sign on the pork chop restricting left turns from eastbound Glenn Road into the Glenn Raod driveway.

4. Place the PIA and CDRC Case number on the cover sheet.

SUBJECT: QUIKTRIP, 1ST AVENUE AND GLENN STREET I-2011-007 T11PI00006, 1st Rev.

PROJECT REVIEWER: Richard Leigh, DOT, Permits and Codes Section

Permits and Codes Section has reviewed the PIA Plan and does not recommend approval of the PIA Plan at this time. The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal.

1. Include the plan number "I-2010-007" in title block of each sheet.

2. Include Development Services Department PIA activity number "T11PI0006" on cover sheet.

3. Submit approved development plan with next submittal. Based on approved development plan additional comments may be generated.

4. Submit approved drainage report with next submittal.

5. Show all symbols and lines in the legend per PC/COT S.D. 100.

6. Clearly label all proposed structures within the public rights-of way.

7. Delineate and dimension all existing and proposed easements associated with this project and label with purpose and recordation information.

8. Show and label all existing utility infrastructure (poles, cabinets pull boxes, etc.) within the right-of-way and indicate as to their disposition if conflicting with the proposed improvements.

9. Use COT standard north arrow.

10. Provide horizontal stationing for all proposed structures within the public rights-of-way.

11. Label proposed curb BCR, ECR, and curb transitions wit horizontal stationing.

12. Provide complete details for the proposed drainage structure on 1st Avenue. Include a cross section of the structure.

13. Call out a standard detail or provide a detail for the proposed barricade railing along the drainage structure on 1st Avenue. Additionally, provide details for mounting railing to wall and indicate the beginning and ending of railing.

14. The curb access ramp located on the northeast corner of 1st Avenue and Glenn Street will have to be brought into compliance with current standards.

15. Provide details for the proposed wrought iron fence along the drainage structure on Glenn Avenue. Additionally, provide details for mounting fencing to wall.

16. Provide details for what appears to be a median island in the Glenn St driveway entrance.

17. Relocate the basin access from Glenn Street to onsite access.

18. Sheet 3; Section A-A: Show existing storm drains and drainage structures.

19. Provide details on how the proposed drainage structure on Glenn Street will be attached to culvert headwall.
