Have pedestrian access easements been dedicated for where the sidewalk meanders onto private property? 6. Have drainage and/or flowage easements and maintenance access easements been dedicated for drainage structures extending beyond the public rights-of-way? 7. Provide construction details for the proposed junction structure and manhole at Sta. 14+65 Nobel Way. 8. Provide construction details for the proposed storm drain inlet at Sta. 14+65 Nobel Way.
