Permits and Codes Section has reviewed the PIA Plan and does not recommend approval of the PIA Plan at this time. The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal.

1. Include the plan number "I-2010-006" in title block of each sheet.

2. Include Development Services Department PIA activity number "T11PI0005" on cover sheet.

3. Revise legend on cover sheet to reflect the symbols and lines used in drawing.

4. Indicate the composition and placement requirements for the proposed "2' high protective berm" along the west side of the proposed roadway for construction and inspection purposes.

5. Have pedestrian access easements been dedicated for where the sidewalk meanders onto private property?

6. Have drainage and/or flowage easements and maintenance access easements been dedicated for drainage structures extending beyond the public rights-of-way?

7. Provide construction details for the proposed junction structure and manhole at Sta. 14+65 Nobel Way.

8. Provide construction details for the proposed storm drain inlet at Sta. 14+65 Nobel Way.
