Resubmittal Required: Traffic Engineering does not recommend approval of the PIA Plan; therefore a revised PIA Plan is required for re-submittal.

1) The following items must be revised or added to the plan. See redlines on the submitted drawings and address the redline comments. During the next submittal please re-submit the roll of redlines for back checking purposes.

2) A bus stop currently exists along 6th Street and SunTran has expressed an interest in maintaining that stop. The desired location of the stop is 50' west of Herbert Avenue as noted in the redlines. A detail is attached with the redlines as a reference for the design criteria of the bus pad location.

3) The Herbert Avenue alley striping needs revisions as illustrated in the redlines.

4) Verify compliance with Park Wise regarding the parking along 5th Street.

PROJECT REVIEWER: Richard Leigh, DOT, Permits and Codes Section

Permits and Codes Section has reviewed the PIA Plan and does not recommend approval of the PIA Plan at this time. The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal.

1. Submit approved development plan with next submittal. Based on approved development plan additional comments may be generated.

2 Show all symbols and lines used in plan set in the legend. Line and symbols should be per PC/COT S.D. 100 and abbreviations should be per PC/COT S.D. 101.

3. Clearly label all proposed and existing structures within the public rights-of way.

4. Provide complete details for any proposed hardscape and landscaping within the public rights-of-way in this plan set.

5. A 6' wide unobstructed pedestrian path will have to be provided along 5th Street and 6th Street.

6. Provide complete construction details for the proposed sidewalk scupper at Sta. 12+53.57 (5th Street).

7. Have easements been obtained for the proposed steps and ramps along 6th Street? Please contact Jim Rossi with COT Real Estate, 791-4371.

8. Provide details on how onsite storm drains will connect to proposed scuppers on 6th Street.
