If existing striping widths permit restripe Old Spanish Trail from Speckle Stone Way to Harrison with a 3-lane cross section plus 2 bike lanes. The 3-lane cross section shall consist of one eastbound through lane, one westbound through lane and a continuous two-way left turn lane. 4. Place the PIA and CDRC Case number on the cover sheet.
