ACTIVITY NUMBER: T11OT01953 SUBJECT: Pantano Wash at Harrison Road Interceptor Sewerline PDSD Floodplain Engineering 3rd Resubmittal Review SUMMARY: The 3 rd re-submittal was received and reviewed by Engineering Division. The 100% plans (Not For Construction) were reviewed for design purposes. Revised sealed drainage statement, revised plans were submitted following meeting with the consultant. Engineering recommends approval of design for this project. The following permit conditions apply to the permit during construction: PERMIT CONDITIONS: The following 6 conditions apply to permit T11OT01953: 1) Provide copy of construction plans when available. 2) As-builts, geotechnical testing & inspection reports, and at minimum, substantial completion letter from Engineers of Record are required to be submitted at project completion. 3) Any substantial revisions to the design of the sewerline protection or location will need to be discussed with the City of Tucson PDSD Engineering to determine if additional details, revisions or other documentation is needed to review. 4) PDSD Engineering Inspection(s) are required for final floodplain inspection approval. Call during pile system construction, manhole cover installation, and final inspection at minimum. 5) Any right of-way use permits may be requested through TDOT. 6) Copy of the construction plans and, if any, Pima County floodplain use permit shall be provided to the City of Tucson when available.
