FLOODPLAIN INFO: FIRM Panel: 040192200K (effective date 2/8/99), SFHA zone: A01 ACTIVITY NUMBERS: T11BU00018 / T11OT00036 SUMMARY: PDSD Engineering Division has reviewed the plan set submittal for Floodplain Use Permit and Grading Plan review, and does not recommend approval of the floodplain use permit and grading permit until the following comments are addressed. The drainage report was reviewed for Tucson Water SAVSARP Well SA-001A only. GRADING PLAN COMMENTS: 1) DS Sec.11-01.4.1.C, Admin.Dir.1.07-6.III.A: The Floodplain Analysis Summary Report states that the upstream WSEL is 2296.52 and that the well cover shall be 2-ft above this flood level. Clarify / correct existing grade elevation at well casing, WSEL at well casing, and top of structure (to indicate at minimum 2-ft above WSEL) on the following details/sheets: a) On sheet 2/5, planview detail Site, Grading & Enclosure Plan. b) On sheet 2/5, Section A. c) On sheet 4/5, detail 1 Turbine Pump Installation.
