SHEETS A2.2 AND A2.3: Corridors 16216 plus 16100B and 16100B plus 16234 are non-compliant with the 2006 IBC, Section 1017.3-Exception 2, that states a 50'-0" maximum length for sprinklered dead end corridors. RESUBMITTAL COMMENT: Entering this area through corridor 16100B looking for an exit is borderline non-compliant because a person would certainly travel more than 50' until he/she realized that there is no exit here and they would have to return to their point of entry. However, after reviewing your exit lighting scheme, it would be difficult to mistake corridor 161000B as an exit entry egress. 2. For all "AREAS ON HOLD PENDING EQUIPMENT SELECTION": a. Please provide a summary of deferred submittals to the building official for the purpose of addition plan review fees. b. Please provide structural calculations for any and all suspended equipment. RESUBMITTAL COMMENTS: For the purpose of assessing additional plan review fees, please submit an 8.5 x 11 letter stationary listing all the items that are to be deferred submittals to the building offical, Mr. Ron Boose. 3.
