Item # 2 last review was not addressed, the TEP Construction Book indicates that the Fault Current for the 800 amp Service can have a fault Current of 55,660 AIC, the sevice must bring this value down to a level the electrical equipment can safely handle. NEC 2005 Section 110.9 and 110.22 require the Fault Current meet adaquate levels.
