1. Several sheets through out this submittal have lettering smaller than the COT standard for all document submittals of 3/32" minimum for all lower and upper case. Please revise all sheets that are non-compliant and resubmit.
RESUBMITTAL REVIEW COMMENTS:
Please reference S1.0 through S3.1 for non-compliance.

5. On sheet SP-1, the legend and site plan indicate that all apartment buildings except buildings "A' and "C" are getting new access balconies.
a. Why not buildings "A" and "C" also?
b. Please provide a poche' symbol for these two building access balconies in the Legend and a definition of what is to be done here.
RESUBMITTAL REVIEW COMMENTS:
I'm still confused. As per the legend and the use of the legend symbols, it appears now that all the buildings are to have new flatwork installed in front again except for Buildings "A" and "C". Please coordinate your legend with your floor plan detailing.

02/03/2012 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Denied Comment not resolved. If moving the washer/dryer to one side of the closet and installing the washer box on the other side of the closet will result in the washer box being readily accessible for inspection and cleaning, show this configuration on the plans along with a note explaining the intent of this configuration. [Original comment: The laundry closets appear to be designed to accommodate a stacked washer/dryer; verify that the standpipe waste receptors for the clothes washers will be readily accessible for inspection and cleaning when the stacked washer/dryers are in place. Reference: Section 804.1, UPC 2006.]
