This letter reflects comments to be addressed. In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, we request that you please provide revised plans and calculations, along with a written response to each of the noted items indicating action taken. SCOPE OF REVIEW: The scope of this plan review includes architectural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and energy conservation. The purpose of this review is to verify compliance to the 2006 International Residential Code with local amendments. Other comment references may be derived from additional codes and standards adopted by The City of Tucson. All features have been checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided for review. All portions of this project are assumed to meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval. INCLUSIVE HOME DESIGN: 1. As of 6/12/2007 the City of Tucson has adopted the 2006 IRC. Appeal to the Building Official for use of the 2000 IRC as specified in the Inclusive Home Design notes. 2. Specify all switches, receptacles, and controls within 15 to 48 inches of the floor (To include thermostat controls), 1003.9. PLUMBING PLAN: 3. Provide the maximum developed length of water line from the meter the furthest appliance served, the size of the water meter and the lowest available pressure, UPC Table 6-6. 4.
