COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. This site plan was reviewed for full code compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for the areas of change to the site only, no building expansion proposed.

2. Once negotiations are complete for the right-of-way the parcels will need to be combined. Provide a Pima County Tax Parcel Combo and a recorded covenant regarding development and use of real property.

3. Add a note to the plan stating "THIS SITE PLAN IS DESIGNED TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE OVERLAY ZONES, MAJOR STREETS AND ROUTES (MS&R) SETBACK ZONE".

4. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.5 Provide the height for all existing buildings within the footprint on the site plan..

5. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.9 Show the existing bicycle parking on the site plan.

6. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.10 Provide sight visibility triangles (SVT) for the PAALs access from Prince.

5. Show the regulatory floodplain limits and water surface elevations (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.15).
