The following conditions shall be addressed during grading construction once permit is issued. GRADING PERMIT CONDITIONS: The following 9 conditions apply to grading permit T11BU01310: 1) Call for Pre-construction meeting, intermediate and final inspections. For a DSD Engineering Inspection, call IVR (740-6970), or contact DSD Engineering at 837-4888, or schedule inspections online at: http://www.ci.tucson.az.us/dsd/Online_Services/Online_Permits/online_permits.html 2) This plan acts as the Grading Plan for the parking for the Inn Suites Hotel prepared by WLB for T11BU01310 and T11CM03211. A copy of the Grading Plan and Grading Permit shall be kept at the site at all times, until final grading approval. 3) Proposed slope along the west project limits and the proposed north boundary slope appear to lie beyond the project limits. Since they are not documented under the TRE, contractor or owner will need obtain Right-of-Entry permit or Right-of-Way Use Permit for these slopes. Contact Permits and Codes (791-5100) for any questions regarding any right-of-way permit requirements. 4) Temporary erosion/stormwater controls may be needed, used, and field adjusted as necessary, along disturbance limits for this project, with discussions with engineer of record. 5) Dust control methods such as water truck will be provided, as well as daily sweeping of streets. 6) There shall be no disturbance outside of the approved disturbance/grading limits and any permitted offsite areas where easements or right-of-way permits are obtained. 7) Any revision to the Grading Plan may require a re-submittal of a revised grading plan for review. Contact DSD Engineering to discuss changes in grading design. 8) If grading construction is expected to last longer than the expiration date of the grading permit, contact DSD to renew/extend the Grading Permit. If Final Grading Inspection has not been completed before the Grading Permit expires, and the permit has not been renewed, additional fees and reviews may be required. 9) Prior to request for final grading inspection approval, all erosion control improvements shall be installed and accepted by DSD including rock / established revegetation for all disturbed areas if not improved as per approved plan.
