Miracle Mile T11CM02497 & T11BU03206 Building Plan (2nd Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: December 20, 2011 1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Zoning has reviewed the building and fuel canopy plan and it appears that the plans are consistant with the approved site plan. 3. Due to the amount of comments by other PDSD agencies on the building plan Zoning will stamp and approve the building and fuel canopy plans on the next submittal as long as all other PDSD agencies can approve. 4. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
