This Site requires a DDO for the setbacks to the east property lines. This site is in the R-1 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.4.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "G" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

The minimum setback to the property line for a side street is ten (10) feet (LUC Section 3.2.6.5.A). The proposed setback is zero (0) feet for the detached shed.
