Renaissance Drive T11CM03172 Site Plan (2nd Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: November 16, 2011 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed. 1. This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance. 2. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.11 Is the proposed entrance access lanes do not meet the minimum width for a two-way access lane demonstrate on the plan how the one-way access lanes will be regulated, i.e. signage, pavement markers etc. 3. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.20 Based on the subdivision plat for this site there are two 10' utility easements that split this property. Show the easements on the plan or provide documentation that the easements have been abandoned. 4. Once the above comments have been addressed zoning is willing to provide an over-the-counter review.
