While the design is similar to the approved DP, the square footage listed on the DP is smaller than what is calculated while using the dimensions and comparing them to the dimensions on the floor plan of the building plans set. The square footage on the building plans appears to be greater than what has been approved on the DP. This would require that the DP be revised to match the proposed construction building plans. At this time zoning cannot approve the building plans until the square footage difference is clarified and the DP is revised to match the building plans or visa versa. As of this review a revised DP has not been submitted for review and approval. |
