COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO).


This Site requires a DDO for the required setback to the east property lines. This site is in the R-1 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.4.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "G" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

The minimum setback to a side street is ten (10) feet (LUC Section 3.2.6.5.A). The proposed setback for the addition to the east side-street is five (5) feet, six (6) inches.
